I often hear people say, I donโ€™t need to see a chiropractor because Iโ€™m not in any pain. ๐ˆ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐ž๐ฉ๐ข๐œ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐›๐ฒ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฉ๐š๐ข๐ง? This is like saying, โ€œJust because Iโ€™m skinny, Iโ€™m healthy!โ€œ I donโ€™t believe this to be true. I think this misconception has developed because itโ€™s been constantly drilled into us that we only see a doctor or healthcare professional when we are sick or injured. Yes, in some cases this can be true.โฃโฃโฃ โฃโฃโฃ

I donโ€™t have time to exercise because work is too hectic; Yes I have bad postureโ€ฆ so? I will see the chiropractor when I get to a 10/10 pain rating or when my pain killers run out.โ€ Sound familiar? But the reality is, this all has a direct effect on the homeostasis of our bodies. And this is where chiropractic comes in. โฃโฃโฃ โฃโฃโฃ
