Staying active

 

Move! A sedentary life, leads to back pain. Having a sendentary life gives you a great urge to stretch and pop your joints.

If you sit at a desk for the whole day, it’s critical that you take small breaks every 45 minutes, use these breaks to stand up and move a little. Start stretching

 

Stop the back cracking habit and perform activities that are just as effective in relieving muscle tension, and are more productive and constructive to your skeletal health. These activities include controlled stretching, one that works for almost everyone is to stand up and reach for the sky!
